Imperial Knights guild quests
Repeatable jobs, route-locked extras, and why gallery rows 103–130 never auto-unlock.
Guild requests are how Diana pays for mercenaries, Repair Kits, and rank. Some jobs are the story spine. Some are optional extras that Japanese charts list as クエスト. This page is the extra list: names, maps, pay, boss tells, and which party member changes the flags. It is not a scene transcript. If you want room order for the main plot, use the walkthrough. If you want the geography, use the world map.
Rules that apply on every file:
- You cannot hold two quests at once. Finish or abandon before you pick the next board row.
- Most extras are repeatable. The lighthouse hydra is a gold printer after you already beat it once.
- Guild-quest gallery rows do not unlock when you finish the story. Circle Poison said this in the Japanese Q&A: route clears auto-unlock that route’s main recollection; jobs stay manual. Japanese blogs number those extras 103–130. DLC then adds 131–142 on Japanese copies.
- Who is in the four slots changes dialogue and defeat flags. That is why full recollection charts say you need five files, not three.
Route 1 extras (after junior rank)
Silved’s report from Robust Fort promotes Diana and opens the board. Take these when you have Lysithea hired back and a spare afternoon — not between Cardinal and Barnia.
Lighthouse goblin hunt (灯台のゴブリン退治) — Alexandria Great Lighthouse. Reward 5,000 G. The clear is Salmon Hydra at the top (about 1,500 HP, resists fire and water, weak to wind). Ariel in the party changes the talk; losing the hydra with or without her is two different extra flags. Repeat it when you need gold for the casino-ship job.
Fighting tournament (武闘大会) — arena. Reward 6,000 EXP. Win three matches. You cannot walk out mid-bracket; after the third win the south exit opens. Losing a non-final is a retry from the fight start. Losing the final writes extra recollection. Pan in the party forces a locker-room rest after match two and applies a debuff to the women in the final. Leave Pan on the bench if you only want EXP.
Family heirloom recovery (家宝の奪回依頼) — casino ship. Reward 10,000 G. The heirloom is a golden elephant that costs 10,000 coins (10 G per coin, so 100,000 G if you buy them straight). Poker at 100-bet is the usual grind; lighthouse repeats and late-dungeon junk also work. 5,000 coins opens the VIP room for card duels — Platinum/Gold rarity checks, and a loss can dump the coins plus an extra flag. Borrowing from Ushishima and choosing the give-up line fails the quest. Ellis in the party changes the VIP loss flag. Coin wallets do not reliably carry between visits; spend or convert before you leave.
Protea’s hidden card battle under the gacha (Lea present) is a minigame, not a board row. Save first. No real loot.
Route 2 extras
These sit on the hideout-failure campaign. Do not hunt them on a dress-sale file.
Herb gathering (薬草採取) — far grove, then a hut with Naoshi grass. Two differently-statted “natives” at the end (roughly 10k and 15k HP). Lea changes the talk. Mid-dungeon losses (scorpion, kappa) have their own flags.
Brigand hunt (ならず者退治) — clear to Halfway (~12,000 HP). Trash brigands are weak; the boss is not. Tear in the party changes the Halfway flags.
Back-mountain ghost scare (裏山の幽霊騒動) — talk to the innkeeper, set night, leave through the hot spring. Two mystery-life-form fights (about 7,500 then 20,000 HP, resist light, weak dark). Ellis and Lea together change the last flag. Lantern and ghost-woman losses are separate rows.
Sera theater nights and Nugawa inn work are economy, not board quests. Tick them on the checklist if you care about gold, not if you care about rank.
Route 3 extras
Search party (調査隊の捜索) — water map, Sahagin ×3 at the end (about 1,600 HP, resist fire/water, weak wind). Lysithea changes the talk — this is the Route 3 reason to hire her off the board.
Girl’s revenge (少女の敵討ち) — talk to the girl in a Maldonia house after you accept, then a merchant manor. Five bodyguards at ~8,000 HP each who look like trash brigands and are not. Tania changes the talk.
Sleeping prince rescue (眠り王子の救出依頼) — a country manor, then a dream map. Final pack is two large giants plus a succubus (giants ~12,000, succubus ~25,000). Lysithea again changes the flags. AoE the giants; do not 1v1 the succubus with a tired healer.
DLC and legend rows
Japanese DLC (21 August 2026, DLsite RJ01696737) adds three high-difficulty jobs, one per route, plus extra bind modes. Circle Poison’s Ci-en FAQ is explicit: Steam 1.00 does not include that pack. Kagura is preparing a Steam DLC SKU; the author does not have a date. Until that SKU exists on app 4353650, English owners should not expect those NPCs.
One Japanese legend quest, Son Rescue Request (息子の救出依頼), shipped with a blank reward field in the UI. Poison tested it, could not fix the blank, and said the actual reward still pays. If your English board ever shows that title with an empty reward, play it anyway.
There is no DLC 2. MV already hit event-size limits. Details stay on DLC notes.
Practical order
- Finish the current story town so rank is legal.
- Hire the person whose flag you want, or leave them off if you want the other flag. New Game+ is how Route 1 files borrow Ariel, Pan, and Ellis.
- One job at a time. Strip gear if a defeat is the point; keep Repair Kits if a clear is the point.
- Tick the checklist. Do not assume the finale painted over 103–130.
Gold from these jobs exists to pay level × 100 G mercenary fees and to buy Poison Rings, not to skip combat fundamentals. If a first-file junior can see a DLC-tier request, you are on the Japanese pack and should still wait until after an ending.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the questions Imperial Knights players ask first.
Can I take two guild quests at once?
No. Finish or drop the current request before the board will hand you another.
Do story clears unlock quest scenes?
No. Main recollection unlocks per route. Guild-quest rows 103–130 stay manual, including DLC 131–142.
Which Route 1 job should I do first?
Lighthouse goblins. It is short, repeats for gold, and funds the casino-ship elephant.
