Game overview

Circle Poison's Ether Knight RPG, localized by Kagura Games

Imperial Knights guild hall with a top-down map, NPC sprites, and Diana's dialogue box as she asks to become an adventurer.

Imperial Knights is a single-player, turn-based RPG from Circle Poison, published in English by Kagura Games on Steam on 28 August 2026. You play Diana Ashley, a sheltered second daughter who sneaks into the Adventurers' Guild to restore House Ashley after her sister Luna vanishes and her father Robert is stripped of honor. The early guild-fee choice splits the campaign into three long routes with different allies, maps, and endings. Read the beginner guide before you spend that fee, then use the route split and the walkthrough to keep the story straight. Combat is a four-slot command battle with visible field enemies, elemental weaknesses, and an armor-break layer covered in the combat guide. Party value lives on the character hub and the party tier list. After the Spirit Cave, Diana can become an Ether Knight — see how to become an Ether Knight. The Steam build is Windows-only, DRM-free on Kagura's store, and 18+. Check Steam launch notes and the official links before you install.

First-hour plan

Join the guild, pick a route, and keep Diana alive long enough to hire help.

  1. 1

    Install the Steam build

Imperial Knights is a single-player Windows RPG. Buy it on [Steam](https://store.steampowered.com/app/4353650/Imperial_Knights/) or Kagura's store, then read system requirements and controls before you launch.

  2. 2

Join the guild without rushing the fee

The first guild-fee choice is the route split. Follow the beginner guide and the route planner so you do not lock Route 2 or 3 by accident.

  3. 3

    Build a four-slot party

Story allies leave and return. Learn who stays on the character hub and who is worth hiring on the party tier list.

  4. 4

Clear the Spirit Cave, then ascend

After Seikuri Village you fight Mud Poison and can become an Ether Knight. Use the Ether Knight guide and keep Repair Kits stocked.

  5. 5

    Sweep leftovers on New Game+

Routes 2 and 3 expect a cleared file. Use New Game+, the world map, guild quests, and DLC notes — Steam 1.00 does not include the Japanese pack.
